5. Handling & Storage

6. Buyer Compliance

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase, receipt, possession, and use of our products is permitted under the laws and regulations that apply to them. By ordering, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to use the products only as permitted by this policy.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Products are supplied on the basis that all risk associated with their handling and use passes to the buyer on delivery.
