At Sovereign Sequences, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed or shipped.

Your order number
Photos of the issue
A description of the problem

If approved, we may provide a replacement at our sole discretion.

3. Shipping Issues

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect addresses entered by customers
Customs delays or international import restrictions

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before checkout.
